I've owned homes since 1985. This is my first experience with renting. I guess there are perks, but...I prefer owning.
Don't know if I'll ever be able to manage that again.

yes indeed. If you have a good landlord, it's a good thing but if not, then forget it. It can be terrible.

You never know, though. Things change. Never say never!
I think that is my life story... I strongly dislike when I figur out something's never going to happen that I want to happen!
